Because our services involve immediate digital onboarding allocation, custom design preparation, and the scheduling of development time, please review our refund policy carefully before completing your investment.

How Your Payment is Processed

To ensure your transaction is fully encrypted and secure, our checkout systems utilize the world's leading payment processing networks. Depending on your location and chosen payment method, your transaction will be handled by one of our trusted payment partners:

  1. Stripe: Direct credit and debit card transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

  2. Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record): Select international payments, local currency variations, and alternative local payment methods are conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for these designated orders and manages related customer billing inquiries and returns.

Strict No-Refunds Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the digital nature of our onboarding checklists, resources, and the immediate deployment of our team to construct your online presence, all sales of our website services are final. Once a payment is completed, we cannot offer refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges for a change of mind.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that project synchronization and digital fulfillment begin immediately, rendering your service investment entirely non-refundable.

Project Execution and Technical Support

While we maintain a strict no-refunds policy, your satisfaction and the successful launch of your website remain our highest priorities.

  • The 7-Day Build: Please remember that our standard 7-day delivery timeline begins only after your payment has landed and your completed business information form and media assets are submitted to us. If you select any optional premium add-on services (such as custom copywriting or logo design), please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for our team to create, finalize, and approve those custom assets before your site goes live.
