How Your Payment is Processed

To ensure your transaction is fully encrypted and secure, our checkout systems utilize the world's leading payment processing networks. Depending on your location and chosen payment method, your transaction will be handled by one of our two financial partners:

  1. Stripe Gateway: Direct credit and debit card transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

  2. Paddle (Merchant of Record): Select international payments, local currency variations, and alternative local payment methods are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for these designated orders and manages related customer billing inquiries and returns.

Strict No-Refunds Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the digital nature of our onboarding checklists, resources, and the immediate deployment of our team to construct your online presence, all sales of our website services are final. Once a payment is completed, we cannot offer refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges for a change of mind.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that project synchronization and digital fulfillment begin immediately, rendering your service investment entirely non-refundable.

  • The 48-Hour Pipeline: Please remember that our 48-hour delivery timeline begins only after your payment has landed and your completed business information form and media assets are submitted to us.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your onboarding forms, or if you encounter issues during the post-launch handover process, please contact us immediately. Our team will work with you directly to resolve any technical friction.
