Welcome to Rising of the Wolf! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website setup and design services.

By accessing this website and purchasing our services, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use Rising of the Wolf's services if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Description of Services

Rising of the Wolf provides onboarding blueprints, checklists, and customized digital website configuration services utilizing battle-tested high-converting layout templates. Our current packages include:

  • The Essential Homepage ($397 USD): Custom setup of 1 premium homepage, custom domain connection, baseline tech setup, and 1 secure contact form.

  • The Automated Growth Engine ($497 USD): Includes everything in the Essential Homepage plus a complete 3-email autopilot system written and configured.

2. Client Obligations & The 48-Hour Delivery Pipeline

To achieve our lightning-fast delivery times, our development pipeline relies entirely on active client cooperation:

  • Information Submission: The client is entirely responsible for completing our straightforward information form, providing accurate text details, and uploading necessary branding materials (such as logos and images).

  • Timeline Activation: Our 48-Hour Build Guarantee begins only after two criteria are met: (1) full payment has landed in our system, and (2) the client has completely submitted all required business details and media assets via our form. Delays in form submission will naturally result in layout delivery delays.

3. Fees, Payments, and Merchant of Record

  • One-Time Investment: All listed pricing structures reflect honest, transparent investments. There are absolutely zero hidden platform setup fees or surprise technical surcharges from our team.

  • Payment Processors: Financial transactions are handled securely through Stripe or via our authorized global reseller partner, Paddle.com. When purchasing an international option processed by Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the legal Merchant of Record for that transaction.

4. Strict No-Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our onboarding resources, immediate asset allocation, and immediate scheduling of our design team, all sales are final. Once a payment is completed, we cannot issue refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges for a change of mind.

If you face technical friction or require custom post-launch support, please review our separate Refund and Return Policy or contact our team directly for immediate assistance.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • Your Content: The client retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all logos, text, unique imagery, and brand data provided to us for construction. You warrant that you own or have permission to use all assets submitted to us.

  • Our Work: The baseline code structures, ready-to-go layout blueprints, documentation, and training materials supplied during the handover remain the property of Rising of the Wolf or its respective platform partners (Systeme.io). You are granted an exclusive license to utilize the finished layout for your individual or corporate business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Platforms

While we build your online presence with total care on highly stable systems, Rising of the Wolf is a service configuration provider. We are not liable for:

  • Interruptions, server downtime, data losses, or policy updates caused by third-party hosting platforms (such as Systeme.io).

  • Ongoing subscription costs or software changes if a client elects to upgrade beyond free tier limitations down the road.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand for any disputes arising out of these terms.
